The rotating jet head "Toftejorg SaniJet 20" is a sanitary rotating jet head that cleans using a 3D defined pattern. This equipment features a fixed installation design and is equipped with complete self-cleaning (patent pending), including the downpipe, and a self-draining function. The drive mechanism is located outside the tank or process equipment, with only minimal parts positioned in the container or immersed in the product liquid. All wetted parts are made of 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel and FDA-compliant polymer materials. This device is designed for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food, and dairy applications, and is suitable for tanks and containers ranging from 0.5 to 30 m³ (130 to 8,000 US gallons). It is particularly suitable for processing highly viscous foaming products or thixotropic products and for chemical processing applications where secondary contamination of the product is not permitted.
